White stuff on penis foreskin, smells bad, red spots on penis. Cure?

Hi, my penis can smell bad from time to time and it can collect white stuff around the tip under the foreskin . When I pull back the foreskin, it seems slightly red around the edges. The tip of my penis seems to have a very few small red spots, but very small. My girlfriend is worried cause she says that her vaginal liquids are more white than clear? Can you advice, I am slightly worried?

Hello
welcome to health care magic
It is common because its such a hot area and people sweat a lot. Wear briefs that are breathable, use cotton stuff. you can either use deodorant or baby power to stay dry down there. Also make sure you towel down good when you get out of the shower.you can soak your briefs in antispetic solution like dettol for 25 minutes.try to consult doctor as the small red spots can be yeast infection for genital herpes.you can use best shower gel.
