pl advise reg dot size white spot in eye ball.found 3 months back. not expanding . no pain no problem at present. white spot why its appearing. any problem in future ? what is the remedy?

This white spot if on the white of the eye is likely to be pingicula. This occures due to degenerative changes due to exposure to sun,is painless,will not go away with tt.
