Hi dear

Welcome to the platform of Health care magic,

Dear friend you have not explained what digestive problem you are facing.

White patches could be some oral thrush (fungal Infection), which is coming to you off and on. Some antifungal lotion will help you

Glands could be because of some throat and neck infection,Who are requiring some attention in terms of treatment with a complete course of antibiotic.

Last year episode of dengue has nothing to do with these problems.

You should also take a long course of some probiotic. which in turn may prevent all these tongue problem.

Hope your query is answered

Thanks
