Hello Sirs, Since last 6 months, my penis is not getting harder and there is white marks inside the penis skin.... i am not able to understand the reason and even feeling very tied all the time. at the tine of masturbate, my penis is not getting hard and only spum is coming out and the spum also is different type than the earlier. Please advise
