Hi,thanks for query.Yes,possibly it may be a sign of infection.It is better that you visit a doctor and get proper examination done.At times allergy to something used locally can also lead to this.Please,please,avoid unprotected sex with thoes who have multiple partnere,this can put you in big trouble..
