White Discharge From Breast, Bloated Belly. Am I Pregnant?
the subject is concealed pregnancy because i think i may be pregnant , i have white stuff coming out of my breast but i m having my periods regularly and my belly is out a little bit but not big enough for 5 months you can reach me by email YYYY@YYYY please tell me everything to know about a concealed pregnacy

Thanks for the query.
Your symptom of discharge from nipple is very nonspecific symptom of pregnancy.
Since your periods are regular less likely you are pregnant.
I suggest you to get a Sr prolactin levels as prolactinoma's can cause white discharge from nipple.
Wait for your next periods. If you happen to miss your periods, then get a HPT done to detect pregnancy.
