White Clumps In Urine. History Of Heavy Vaginal Discharge, Drastic Change In Diet With Minimal Dairy, Soy, Gluten. Concerning?

Hello. I have always had heavy vaginal discharge- I am 32 years old. In the last 2 months I have drastically changed my diet- very minimal dairy and soy and virtually no gluten. My body has responded in a variety of ways but have pretty much leveled out. However, consistently for the last week, there have been white clumps floating in my urine. I have never had this occur before- either in my old or new diet. Any discharge released during urination always came out in a cloudy form. Is this a byproduct of my dietary changes, or should I be paying attention more seriously?
