Hi I'm 26yrs old married male & father of 2..I have problem with semen leakage during sleep for7yrs + it happens 5 Times a week everytime during deep sleep.. Its thick & white in colour..I'm very sure I don't have wet dreams but don't know y it happens but I feelvery hot before it hhappens(semen leakage) & aftr it's happened I feel very cold.. I'm fed up as I struggle to work & hve little concentration..don't have energy to play withmy children as I feel very weak because it happens so often..I have been to see Dr and he said it's wet dream but I'm fed up & sure it's not wet dreams because it happens soo often..please help me I need this to stop or I will no longer have energy to work..
