my age is 22 i am going to gym from past 8 months working out conventionally which supleement should i take iam a m male my age 22 my problem is i have to much of heat content in my body

take more fruits ,green veg .
you can take multivitamin tab like zincovit
if your diet is balance ,than no need to take any supplements.
