Which Specialist Doctor Treats Autism?

Hello my four year old son is diagnosed with autism and my husband and I believe he has psychiatric issues as well. We wanted to take him to a specialist for further training but not certain what specialist? Are there pediatric psychiatrists that specialize in autism? He already has a diagnosis from a neurologist but not longer are in touch with him. Your advice is greatly appreciated.
