Which One Is The Best Technique For Customized Laser With The Microkeratome?
Sir i want to know the Best lasr techinique for myopia .-4.75 and -4.50 with 0.5 cylinderical no in left eye. .I have searchd near by hosptials all are offering different lasers for lasik .For example algretoo eyq 400 hz and nidek navex C-3 .and mel 80. i just want to know which one is better techinque for custmized laser woth microkeratome.....Pl. provide me solution.

It seems from the history that you are having myopia with astigmatism.
LASIK can correct up to -10 dioptres of myopia.
Customized laser can give more accurate correction by correcting the aberrations.
Of the two laser machines you have mentioned, both are good. I feel nidek has got little better rating over the other. However the results of lasik really do not vary much.
