Which Nasal Spray Is Better For Chronic Nasal Blockage?
Hi Doctor,I have been prescribed 2 different medicines by different doctors for chronic nasal blockage if it persists despite using sprays for sometime then i might have to undergo nasal surgery as per them WInolap nasal spray or COmbinase AQ nasal spray .which one should i go for?which one is better?

Use COmbinase AQ nasal spray it is a combination of azelastine hydrochloride + fluticasone propionate than WInolap nasal spray which contain only Olopatadine an antihistamine only.COmbinase AQ nasal spray will help you for chronic nasal blockage.
