Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.You require change in your lifestyle which includes...reduction of salt by avoiding extra sprinkling of salt,by avoiding high salt foods like PAPAD,Chutney,Pickles and canned foods as they all contain very high amounts of salt..reduction of weight....reduction of fats in the diet specially saturated fats...more consumption of fresh fruits and green vegetables and salad....Avoiding junk foods
Ike Pizza,Burger etc and Colas...doing daily regular exercises....relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation.....Thanks and good luck.
