Hi ! Good evening. i am Dr Shareef answering your query.

If I were your doctor, I would continue all your medications excepting for plavix and baby aspirin which are used as blood thinning and and anti clotting agents. I would like these to stop atleast 7 days before till 7 days after the tattoo to prevent hematoma formation at the tattooing site.

However, I would advise that you should see your cardiologist once before changing your drug schedule, as he knows about you better than any of us on the net.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
