HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Chlamydia would respond to azithromycin or doxycycline or the levofloxacin.

Gonorrhea is normally treated with azithromycin plus an injection of ceftriaxone according to the guidelines. This injection is normally given by a doctor or nurse. You would need to consider speaking to your doctor about this treatment requirement.

The other sexually transmitted infections should also be tested: HIV, syphilis, hepatitis, trichomonas, herpes
The trichomonas is tested with the use of a swab but the others require blood tests.

I hope this helps
