Which Medication To Be Taken For A Light Green Thrush On My Tongue?
I have been taking Nystatin for what appears as light green thrush on my tongue. 5mls 4 times a day for four days and I don't seem to have much improvement. The light green/yellow is still there and seems to be noticeable at the back of my throat now. Could I have something else. Marchel Nelson
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have green tongue and you are taking nystatin without any improvement . Well there can be many reaasons for green colored tongue like trauma , marijuana , tongue infection , oral thrush , sore throat irritation and sometimes acid reflux . I would suggest you to consult oral pathologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe stronger anti fungal medicine like fuconazole orally . For now maintain proper oral hygiene , avoid heavy and spicy mea specially at night and drink green thrice a day .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
