Which Medication To Be Given For A Kid Suffering From Fever And Cough?
my girl kid 4 years old suffering from fever and little cough for past one weak .doctor given mucolite syrup and cetiriz and he told viral fever and weezing .i followed these medicine for three days but still she is suffering from fever but no other symptoms please suggest what medicine i want to give for my kid. thank you

give paracetamol 15 mg/kg 4-6 times daily to control fever.
Steam inhalation 2-3 times daily if possible.
As 3 days passed without relief you may add an antibiotic like Ampiclox 3 times daily with advice of your doctor.
