hi

oral sores can be present due to multiple causes like stress , nutritional deficiencies, external agents, bitting on the oral tissue and some viral infections..in your case bcoz of its repetitive recurrence I would suggest you to go for complete blood examination firstly...you can start applying any dental anaesthetic gel immediately like tess ointment, dentogel , orabase etc...these topical agents will provide immediate relief from the pain and will help in resolution of the sores also...during this period you should avoid any kind of hot and spicy eatables as they will cause further irritation and will delay the healing process also...and as soon as the blood reports come you must consult a physician for further treatment...

thanks

Dear Joke, I think you are suffering from stress. Stress is the main cause of such sores. Medicines can heal your ulcers but cannot stop formation of new ones. So you need to destress yourself. Are you taking any other medication? As this can be due to side effect of some medicines. Consult your physician if you are getting treated for some disease. You can apply oral preparations containing combination of anaesthetic, analgesic and antiseptic properties. I don't know what trade name drugs are available in your country.

Hi there.

Sores in the mouth can be very painful and pain relief usually helps. You need to avoid hot, hard food and also hot liquids. Consume cool water. Apply Dental anesthetic gel on the sore like Smyle gel or Dentogel. This will bring comfort to you and provide effective pain relief. Consume food rich in fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. You may consume Vitamin B complex capsules twice a day for a week for effective healing of this sore as well. Since you may multiple sores, it is advisable to get your blood work done and report to your Doctor and get a thorough check up to rule out certain conditions which can cause the same.

I hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Regards.
