Hello dear Understand your concern Primolut-N is used to prepone the period. 5 mg two time per day is needed to prepone the period. But postpone of period is more successful. Start 10-12 days before the normal expected period date.(28th or 29th october). Take it for 4-5 days, once you stop the pill period will occur in 2-3 days. It should be taken under the advice of gynecologist after getting proper prescription and evaluation. Dose of cycle also depend on phase of the menstrual cycle. In early phase of period, pill should be taken for more days or higher dose may be needed. It cause minor side effects like: breast tenderness/soreness, nausea, headache, tiredness, mood swing,decreased sex drive and bloating.
