Which Is The Most Effective Way Of Losing Weight After Pregnancy?

Hey ! I delivered a baby im July 2010 and as adviced by the doctors i could only join the gym by March 2011. I have been going to the gym from past 9 months and have managed to lose aroung 10 - 11 kgs of weight, though i was very irregular in excercising and have severe hormonal issues also. But now my weight is stuck on 70 kgs and am trying hard to move the scale below but no luck. I am also planning to take personal training or aerobics classess other than the normal gymming routine. please suggest which would suit me better as my gym membership will end by the end of March and then I may choose between yoga and aerobics but not gym anymore as i am really bored with it. please suggest how to go about losing more weight and which option to choose?

For weight loss exercise has to be regular. ( WALK/ JOGGING/ YOG/ PRANAYAM)


Weight loss is not a miracle.. You have to eat balanced and exercise regular for achieving a ideal body weight for life long.

Also dieting is not a solution for weight loss, Instead eat local and all seasonal food items and be regular in physical activity


Please follow the undermentioned points:-

1. drink 3-4 lit water every day
2. Start your day with 1-2 glass warm water - get fresh and take 8-10 soaked almonds and then go for morning exercise
3. Opt for wheat pooriadge/ Milk porriadge/ stuffed roties/ vegetable sandwiches/ Boiled pulses + 1 cup milk
4. Take 5 meals per day - 3 major meals and 2 small meals
5. 2 Servings of fruits every day
6. Eat all local and seasonal fruits and vegetables
7. Take 2-3 Cups of green tea every day - 1 at bed time before sleep
8. Avoid all processed and ready to eat food items.
9. Say no to fried food items
10. Eat slow and finish your meals in 20 minutes
11. no TV and gadgets should be there while having food
