my son aged about 10 yrs,suffering from adhd and tricotillomania . doctor prescribe attentrol 18,fluvoxine 50 ,fluoxetine 20,inspiral sr 20- during mornig zypine 2.5 mg before meal inspiral 10 at evening zypine 2.5 before dinner dicorate er 250 after dinner . i find there is no improvement

he is on multiple medications, and it may cause more sideeffecs than any benefits. the main treatment of choice for trichotillomania is behavioral therapy. so we have to taper and stop many of these medicines and just keep single agent for these conditions and start him on behavioral therapy
