hello Ramachandaran,
Welcome to Health Care Magic,
millions of people suffer from asthma due to different reasons.Inhaler is one of the most common releif.
However,is still needed to be prescribed specifically as different patients have different symptoms and conditions.
It will be good for you to visit a doctor and get a inhaler prescribed.he will even show you how to use a inhaler which is even more important.
Thank you

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Asthma and bronchitis go along with each other during winters and dry summers due to various allergies and infections. A measurement of the PFR through a chest physician and if there is Phlegm production, a course of broadspectrum antibiotics will be needed. If the PFR is less than normal, salbuatmol inhaler is a good reliever
