Hi Welcome to HCM

I have gone thru your query and can understand your concern .

Dear , Once you have a pacemaker, you have to avoid close or prolonged contact with electrical devices or devices that have strong magnetic fields .

In most cases, having a pacemaker won't limit you from doing sports and exercise, including strenuous activities.
You may need to avoid full-contact sports, such as football. Such contact could damage your pacemaker or shake loose the wires in your heart .

Slow motion activity is permitted . There is no better option than physical exercise. Walking is the best exercise to begin with, also gives you well shaped body .
. Ask your doctor how much and what kinds of physical activity are safe for you .
I would like to suggest you for detoxification in your body, adopt Yogic exercises like Ardha mat sendriya Assan , Vajjarassan ,Pranayam , Deep breathing gently in slow motion , Kapal bhatti ,Anulom vilom , Bhramri . . It is suggested that , whenever you start exercise , start slowly and incease gradually .
. If the detox process is hindered, toxins will build up in your body eventually causing acidity and toxemia. These are the root causes of nearly all diseases requires modication in our life style and food habits .

Avoid processed foods carbs , sugar , fried ,fast foods , Tea , coffee ,alcohol and smoking , stress and Constipation all will produce biochemical and metabolic conditions in your body that will decrease your immunity, so avoiding is definitely the first step in the right direction to detoxing the body, boosting the immune system .
