Which edible Oil is best to maintain/reduce cholestrol prevents heart problems? Is it : (1) Soyabin Oil (is there famous Brans which makes Soyabin oil ?) OR (2) How is Saffola ? OR (3) Or any other ??? Should be available in India Mkt not fish olive oil. psl.

Your edible oils should have saurated : polyunsaturated: monounsaturated in the ratio :1:1:1. saffolaoil in combination with mustard oil or olve oil etc
Omega 2 fatty acid are considered good

Hi,Maria,thanks for query.You have asked the most debated and difficult question.Nothing is best and ideal.The ratio of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids is important oil that you consume.None of the oil have this in ideal limit.The best option would to be change your oil every 3 months and in rotation.Mustard oil,ground oil,oilve oil and other oils to be used in rotation,The bottom line is eat less oil and stay healthy.
