Which Chemicals Permanently Damage The Hair Follicles And Skin?

Is there any chemical that will kill hair follicles and keep them from growing back? I mean anything without permanentl damaging the skin, other than expensive treatments. Even something like a perscription is fine too. I have the first no no hair removal device and it didn t seem to help. Is the no no something that should work?

There are no such chemicals that can permanently remove hair follicles. Permanent hair removal is possible only by laser. Hair removing devices remove hair temporarily because they do remove hair follicles permanently. If you don’t want to spend money for permanently removing hair then waxing is a better option. You can use over the counter hair removal cream. But, both waxing and hair removal creams remove hair temporarily.
Thanks
