Which Are The Most Fertile Days For Conception?
hello. Iam 30 yrs old and trying to conceive from past 5yrs now my gynaec has prescribed me to take fertyl tabs on 2nd to 6th day of period along with miprogen 100 to be taken from 16th to 26th of my monthly cycle.Please guide me when should i have intercourse and whether it is safe.

Successful,complete intercourse is must during fertile period to get conceive.
Ovulation usually occurs on 14 day of cycle.So 12th of day cycle to 16th day of cycle is called fertile period,but ovum formation should be there.
Your doctor is on right way,Continue current treatment.
It is better to go for USG ovulation study and plan accordingly in your case.
Also go for semen analysis of your husband.
Keep in touch with your doctor.

I have gone through your query.The ovulation usually occurs at 14th day of period.But if your cycle is shorter or longer then it can be before or after that.The days 13 to 15 is the fertile period.The days 10 to 12 and 16 to 19 is relative fertile days.Body temperature will be slightly raised during and around ovulation.Cervical secretions will be Wet, slippery, stretchy, clear. You should have coitus during all these days for getting conception.Hope this may help you.
