Thank you for choosing healthcare magic,
most probably your friend is suffering from juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma(JNA) as he has recurrent ,unprovocked nasal bleeding. Have a x ray nose and a CT scan of nose and paranasal sinus to conclude it. Besides a complete coagulation profile should be a bare neccessity to exclude any hereditory bleeding or coagulation disorder. For JNA treatment is available at any age and hormonal manipulation and microsurgical treatment is usually rewarding.
