Could an abscessed tooth be causing muscle pain and cramping in other areas of the body than the mouth?

Hi,
An abscess can result in muscle pain only in the Head and Neck region. An abscessed tooth can also give rise to fever. A dentist should be consulted and antibiotics and treatment for the tooth should be obtained.

an abscessed tooth does cause muscle pain and cramping only in the jaws.it may give fever.
