Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Due to change in weather many organisms can cause throat and nose infection. You must take care of your health by not eating outside food, eating warm food properly cooked, drinking warm liquids, avoiding ice cream and cold drinks. You can do warm salt water gargling in such situations and also do steam inhalation for relief. Also you may be having chronic infection of tonsills, pharyngitis which you need to get examined by ENT Doctor and get proper treatment to prevent further infection.
