I am 39 and have an external hemorroid that burst last night. It has been bleeding since yesterday and has slowed down at points especially when I slept. I have tried other suggestions that I found to try and get it to clot such as apple cider vinegar. While it did slow for a bit it is still going on. I realize from all my reading that the bleeding could last for a few days, i just want to know when I should be concerned. Also while the hemorroid did decrease in size a bit, it appears there is still more clotted blood inside. Should I be concerned or is it better for it just to stop bleeding and reduce in size over time. I am not in any pain from the hemorroid anymore.
