Hello dear Understand your concern For your kind information, always take mefeprin abortion kit under the advice of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan. If you had taken mifepristone tablet, it does not cause bleeding. Because it cause detachment of pregnancy from the uterine wall and in some case mild spotting will occur. You have to use another 4 tablet of misoprostol after 48 hour. It should be put in the vagina by gynecologist. Bleeding will start with in 30-50 minutes after using pill. It may last for 4-6 days. But if no bleeding till 48-72 hour, you can consult the gynecologist for further management. USG should be done after 14 days to know the abortion status for safe practice.
