When To Start Back With Normal Food After Typhoid?

Hi sir/madam, I had typhoid and was hospitalized on 14april, discharged after medication on 21st April. I took a week s rest at home n then started back to work. It has been 14 days since I was discharged. During the past two weeks I have been eating majorly oil-free parathas with little sabzi (very very little oil), a litre of water, a litre of fruit juice every day. Nothing else. I m feeling normal as before with no headache, nausea, fever, etc,. Will I need to continue this food pattern for more time or can I restart my normal food pattern like sambhar rice, cooked vegetables with light oil, ghee pongal etc,? Thanks

Hello thanx for using hcm,
As you dont have symptoms any more you can get back to your normal food pattern, but is better if you avoid ghee, butter , cream , full fat sources.
Things like rice, Sambhar, vegetable curry with less oil are safe to consume.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Basic healthy diet is safe for you to consume.
Try to avoid bakery products, fried foods.
