It is days and not hours. The pregnancy test comes positive only when your periods are overdue by at least 4-5 days. There is no other way to diagnose your pregnancy early.All other signs you might have been experiencing are not confirmatory.

it is not question of hours. It comes positive or negative after one week of due date.
