No, rest for a day is good. Flu is worse for 24-48 hrs , usualy.

Hi Dear,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic Forum
I believe that my patient should reach workplace as early as possible.Get a routine blood test done and in the mean time take a simple analgesic under medical supervision and take rest not more than 1 day.
