When Should She Take Tetanus Injection During Pregnancy?

My wife is 17 week pregnant. We had done blood reports for sugar, thyroid and hemoglobin during the first month of her pregnancy. All reports are normal. She has early diastolic notch in both the artery. Doctor found it during the NT scan. Is there any need to repeat those blood reports again?

Also, please guide me when should she take tetanus injections?

Thanks for your advice.

Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
Early diastolic notch in early pregnancy is seen in many women and there is no need to worry about it. But it is abnormal to see this notch after 22 weeks of pregnancy and it may result in adverse effects to the baby and mother. So I advise you to repeat the test after 26 weeks.
With regard to Tetanus toxoid (TT) injection.
2 doses should be taken with 1 month gap in between. The 1st dose can be taken between 16 to 20 weeks and the second dose one month after the first dose. Hope that answers your question,
Regards, Dr.Imaad.
