When Should Pregnancy Test Be Done?

Hi , I am having Pcos and have irregular periods. Currently trying to conceive.I was prescribed siphene 50 mg, i took this from 2nd day after a cycle of duphastone for getting my period. We have been in contact after 5 days almost regularly. When can i do a pregnancy test to know if i have conceived. If not what should i do next, im taking metital tablets for about 2 months. should i simply continue these or consult my doctor again for siphene ?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the period of amenorrhea of two weeks then you can go for pregnancy test and best is ultrasonography and nothing else, because rest of the test can give false result hope this information helps.
