When Should I Take The Tablet?

Im working in night shifts and i finished my dinner at 10.pm and work full night . But in between i will take coffees . My question is what should be the time intervel between any kind of food ( Including tea , Cofee ) and intake of tyronorm tablet .

Thank you for asking on HCM! I find your question very reasonable.

I do not know how did you take the medication until now and how is your TSH level? Do you have difficulties in achieving normal TSH level?
If your TSH is within the normal ranges with the actual dose and the way you have been taking it until now, you just continue the same route. If not, than before you change the dose try to take it as follows:

Normally thyronorm should be taken early in the morning (if you drink coffees during the night, should have past 2 hours after the last coffee) and for one hour you should not eat or drink anything. It may be taken also 2 hours after dinner but the efficiency is a bit lower.
