Ambien is clonazepam and it is nbenzodiazapin. It is useful to maintain sleep in proper cycle.
It is advisable to take it 1 hour before go to bed. Its action started within 1 hour after taking it so it is better to take just 1 hour before sleep.
It can be taken in empty stomach and no side effect if you are taking it with meal.
