When Should Susten Be Taken For Conception?
Hi I am 25 year old female. Two years back I had premature baby. My periods are irregular have PCOD. my doctor suggested for follicle growth scan till ovulation (18 mm) and connect with husband for three days. She has also suggested susten for ten days from ovulation. Should I need to take susten before connecting with my husband from the day of ovulation or after connecting with my husband.

You should take susten after ovulation, after 14th day of your period.
So you should take it after connecting with your husband.
