When Is The Lower Lip With Stitches Likely To Look Normal Again?
Five days ago I slipped and fell in the bathtub. My teeth cut through my bottom lip. An oral surgeon stitched up my lip. Though the swelling has eased, I still feel as if my bottom lip were detached from my teeth, and I noticed in the mirror that when I lower my face my bottom lip seems to hang a little bit. Will my lip come back to normal soon? Thanks for your attention.

When Is The Lower Lip With Stitches Likely To Look Normal Again?
Hello, Thanks for the query. It will take at least 2 months for the scar to heal. After two weeks you can start applying scar healing creams like scarnil. This will help in faster healing. Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
