When Is Pregnancy Test Recommended?

I recently (within the past few days) had sex. I am currently on my sugar pills of my birth control. And although I try and take my pills everyday I know I have at least missed one. I am having bad pains and feel very nauseous. We did not use a condom either. I wondered if I took a pregnancy test today would it work?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, let me inform you something that no contraceptive method is hundred per cent promising and if it is the amenorrhea then it is advisable to get done the pregnancy test and best would be ultrasonography test hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
