hello doctor am 25 years old female and i have a child who is 2.5 years old and now am pregnant but i dont want the baby now my gestation period is 47 days is it safe to take a abortion pill actually the pills are suggested by a doctor. my

Yes abortion pill can be used for up to 63 days of pregnancy. But longer the duration of pregnancy more are the chances of heavy bleeding and incomplete abortion ( about 5%).
So if you have decided for termination of pregnancy, take the tablets at the earliest. Once the abortion process starts there is heavy bleeding for 2-4 hours and then it reduces. Mild bleeding may remain for up to 2 weeks. If you soak 2 pads in one hour for 2 hours or have bleeding for more than 2 weeks you should see the doctor.
