Hi,
Now recommended age for orchidopexy i.e. bringing down testes in scrotum is 6-9 months or latest by one year.
Due to availability of latest diagnostic laparoscopy changed the management for non palpable testes so early surgery is possible.
If undescended testes remains more undescended, undergoes progressive degeneration after birth.
Ok and take care.
