Hi welcome to HCM ... You are having acid reflux ....So along with taking lansoprazole also follow life style changes for maximum benefit from heart burn.... I would suggest you not to take excess spicy food .. Heavy fatty meal restricted .... Don t get recumbent position immediately after taking meal .... Avoid excess bending like posture ... Caffeine , chocolate restricted .... Avoid smoking strickly as it affect LES tone so .... If no improvement than endoscopy needed along with manonetry measurement and x ray to rule out hiatus hernia like condition .... Than surgical management might needed . You are doing stool examination probably you might have diarrhea so ... According to stool report management done for that . Hope i have solved your concern ... Take care ...
