When can I conceive after undergoing laproscopy ?

I am Pooja and i am 26 years old. My husband is 33 years old. Its has been more than a year since we got married and i havent concieved yet. i have been diagonised with a chocolated cyst on both my ovaries. its about 4 cms on my left ovary and 2 cms on my right ovary. The doctor has advised me to a follicular study before i proceed with the laproscopy. My husband would be travelling to do the work of his passion by may end. i cannot join him for 2 years. is there any possibility for me to get conceived by may end or can i delay pregnancy for another 2 years. Kindly advice.

General Surgeon 's  Response
It is caused by endometriosis (chocolate cyst) and formed when a tiny patch of endometrial tissue bleeds, sloughs off, becomes transplanted, and grows and enlarges inside the ovaries. As the blood builds up over months and years, it turns brown. When it ruptures, the material spills over into the pelvis and onto the surface of the uterus, bladder, bowel, and the corresponding spaces between. It leads to so much adhesion & infertility. It is better to get pregnant early in case of chocolate cyst.Disclaimer
