When I stand or walk my back ribs with my hips down fall with great stress. What can I do to get rid of this pain ?

age 52 years, height 5feet 7inches, weight 58kg i cannot walk easily, because when i stand or walk my back ribs with my hips down fall with great stress this is because my arms became very weak, my shoulders are becoming also very weak. so please advice me.

You have to go for some investigation first like
CBC,Blood sugar,S.Calcium,S.b12,Urine.
Take high protein, high calcium diet.
you can consult orthopaedician and physiotherapist for further management.

if u having muscle atropy . u start doing strenghthing exerises of shoulder. first without resistence and after 15 days with weight cuff.

From the above described condition it may be possible that you suffer from muscle hypotrophy. It may also result from a stroke or nerve damage. Consume a protein diet rich in pulses, cereal. If you have any other health issues, address to them first. Get a checkup from the Doctor immediately.
