When I Eat Salted Cashew Nuts,I Noticed I Am Having Headaches ,please Suggest Me Why It Is Happening ?

When I eat salted cashew nuts, I get a weird pain near my heart. I have also noticed that I am having headaches, they are really bad to a point of sometime blinded. I never knew there were side effects when consuming cashew nuts.
