Wheezing, pain around face, congestion. History of sinus infections. Remedy?

I think I may have a sinus infection due to the pain I'm having around my face and the congestion. I have had sinus infections before however this time i have a tightness in my chest that makes me wheeze and short of breath making it hard to breath while trying to sleep. Is there any thing I can do?
P.s. I don't have asthma

Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Packriswamy Sambangi's  Response
Hallo,
Sinus infections are caused by infections from a pathogenic micro organism [ virus ,bacterinum or fungus] which grows with in a sinus and causes intermittent blockage of the sinus ostium.
Sinusitis is inflammation of the air cavities with in the passages of the nose. Sinusitis can be caused by infection, but also can be caused by allergies and chemical or particulate irritation of the sinuses.
Sinus symptoms include sinusheadache, facial tenderness, fever, cloudy discolored drainage and feeling of nasal stiffness, sorethroat, cough, and congestion.
According to Ayurveda different causes and symptoms occur in different people, depending on their doshas- the body's governing principles.
