Wheezing, Dry Cough, Tired, Swollen Limbs After Walk, Neck Pain

It has been about 2 months that I have been whezzing and had a dry cough . I have been unusually very tired and fatigued even after a night s sleep. A few weeks ago I went for a vigorous walk and when I came home I had badly swollen hands, feet and ankles. I have been uncomfortable at night, waking up to go to the bathroom. I am concerned that I am not well. I also have some neck pain , feeling very tense. thanks for your help..Tina

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand this if you do have history of cough since two months and you have not done anything then it is right time to brought this to the investigation more over you do have history of swelling over arms, so looking to this underlying cause of these need to be found out no need to take any chance, hope this information helps you, take care and have good day.
