Whats The Cause For Frequent Vomitting Post Meal?

My name is Sujoy Mukherjee, I have big problem in stomach, every day after lunch I Feel vomiting tendency last 20 day and I am not capable to drink water, because when i drink water my bally starting increase & starting head pen, I visit doctor, doctor suggests me Rabikind 20 & Digestal, before 2 years same happen with me then doctor suggests me (Golbi, Aristozime & Domizol) Pls. doctor suggests me what to do?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Bloating after water intake and vomiting after food indicates an intestinal obstruction.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
Ultrasonography.
CT scan if needed.
Tests of blood, stool and urine.
Surgery for intestinal obstruction if present.
If there is a medical problem a course of an antibiotic should help you.
